Serving the Community
Not Your Grandmother’s Canning
Each fall, the Not Your Grandmother’s Canning Team hosts a one-day hands-on food preservation workshop in partnership with University of Idaho Extension educators. Check back in July for registration instructions for our Saturday, September 10, 2022, workshop at Trinity Lutheran Church.
CROP Hunger Walk
For many years, Trinity Lutheran Church members have provided leadership for the annual October Canyon Country Crop Hunger Walk, a fundraiser for two local nonprofits and Church World Services.
Food Pantry
The congregation supports a small in-house food pantry, which community members can access monthly for emergency needs.
