Welcome to Trinity Lutheran Church (ELCA). Whether you are looking for a church home or are just visiting the area and need a place to worship, please come and visit us. We would love to have you join us as we celebrate our relationship with God by hearing God’s Word and singing God’s praises!
Trinity Lutheran Church is an ELCA Lutheran Church that was incorporated in 1947. It moved into its current location at the corner of Midland and Lone Star in 1969 with the present sanctuary being completed in 1982. Serving the community has always been a focus at Trinity. During the 1990s, Trinity dedicated part of its land to Mercy Housing to build affordable housing. In 2015 Trinity acquired the 16 single family homes from Mercy and established Trinity New Hope. Currently, the church has a community garden to provide food for food banks, shelters, and help others in need. The congregation has about 200 members.
Trinity Lutheran is a place to gather, refresh the faithful, and reach out with word and service to all others through the Holy Gospel

Nampa Lutherans
There are a variety of Lutheran traditions represented in the city of Nampa. We share a belief in the Triune God, an acceptance of the Lutheran Confessions as the true teachings of biblical faith, the sacraments of baptism and communion, and the belief in justification by grace through faith. Our worship services are also very similar.
ELCA Lutherans believe that the Bible encourages full participation by women in the life of the church and we practice open communion, which means communion is available to everyone.
